In many cases, your provider will create the groups for you and then invite you to the site. However, you also have the option to create groups yourself. To do so on Our Hearts Connect:
- Submit a request specifying the individuals you’d like to connect with, whether they’re family members or specific users.
- Your first group, you will see a form on the Groups page. Fill this out with as much information as you can provide.
- For additional groups, see Request a Connection
- Our moderators will diligently verify identities and intentions before forming the group, ensuring a secure and meaningful environment for all members.
- Once the group is created, you’ll receive an email notification, allowing you to start connecting right away!
Remember, there’s no limit to the number of groups you can create! Whether you want to connect with multiple children or form groups with others in similar situations, the opportunities to connect are endless!
