To submit a support ticket:
- Click “Contact Support” in the lower righthand side of your browser
- Add a title
- Type your message
- Submit
- Please allow 24hrs for a response.
How to respond to your message:
- You will receive an email notification the support team responds
- Click the link in the email to visit the website to respond
- You will also see a notification when you login to the site if you have a new message
- see the mail icon in the upper righthand side of the website
- You can also click “Support” in the navigation to see all your message and reply.
