Messages
- Message Queue – new messages sent from the frontend by registered users will go here until someone responds, then it’s moved to My Messages.
- My Messages – all answered messages are stored here. Each user will only see their messages by default but you can use the filter to view all messages answered by other staff members.
System Settings
- Notifications Management – you can change the frequency that your default admin is notified about admin activity.
