Message Queue

Messages are sent from the front-end by registered users. See user support

  • Filter – by default, only unassigned messages are visible. Adjust filter to view all messages
  • Status – open/closed 
  • Actions
    • View – open message and respond
    • Close – closes ticket. Closed tickets are re-opened automatically when someone responds.
    • Delete – can be undone. Hides from view unless filtered
